seriously though, the best 'gambler' (and I should really not call him a gambler) I ever knew was a professional blackjack player who was what's known in the business as a shuffletracker.

This was way back in the early 90's. Took the Dundee Stakis at the time (now gala) for at least 75k over a 6 month period. They actually had the cheek to ban him. Laugh
