Hi Fellow Punters,

Ive recently been having a bet now and again, and instead of just searching for tips and taking people word for it, Ive decided to try and analyse horses, trainers Jockeys etc.

What ive been doing is going to sporting life, and checking horses history,which jockeys have the best win rate, best trainers etc.

I had a good day yesterday using this strategy at Ascot, but today... its been shocking.

Do you have any great resources to look at? books ? methods? etc.

Read books by
Mark Coton, Nick Mordin, Alan Potts, study like crazy, check stats, going in form trainers and when all that is done back Pricewise

Prestige,do yourself a favor and walk away.Racing is the hardest game in the book and most punters that keep chipping away at making it pay are the ones that get off to a lucky start.I have read about several other highly successful gamblers in other disciplines that did their brains when it came to racing.Without being negative I give you about very little chance at succeeding.

Why not save all that time spent on studying and research and just visit your local bookies and play the machines?

The end result will be the same but you'll have a lot more spare time on your hands.

Zealot Alan Keytes pick more winners than  anyone else in the naps table  today he has had  88 winners  80 lost  his nap today was  Auatralia Day  zip had a good bet to win  ok it was 2/5 but it was a cert ...  its now 89  winners
the trick is with AK  back some lay some  he has made me plenty over the last 10 years  since ive been on Betfair  so to say lay em all sorry my friend you are well out of order   smell the coffee ....................zip

Do not always look for the winner but look at prices, some odds on shots are great value ire Frankel yet some terrible. Don't chase losses, go with visual evidence, trust your own instincts. Enjoy it and dont lose too much.
