Yes, these aussies have no breeding, in any sense, we need to put them and their two decent horses back in their box.

ive seen 2 videos of her having to be rousted to beat haylist on different occasions, think she went 4/1 in running on one occasion on here 12 from 12 win, it looked like she wasn't gonna get to him, she did in the end reasonably well but we are talking about Frankel not Haylist

in a minute they'll be telling us that they can play cricket

Hay list led black caviar once, in the t.j smith stakes. And in 1 1/2 furlongs she put 7-8 lengths on him (was behind by 4-5 and won by about 3). And that is pretty much the only time I remember her ever being asked to run. And hay list is one mean horse.
As for dream ahead beating star witness, doesn't take a genius to figure out star witness ran below par in the july cup. But in the 2 ascot races he was fine. 5f didn't suit and the ground didn't suit in the 6f one. |

'youve seen videos of her'

Sootyfive, you really are a clown. What the hell has where a horse was bred got to do with it,its where it is trained and raced that gives it its nationality.Do you think so you think is a KIWI.

hehe im with u neill, as u know im irish and love out racing here and uk and love franlek for the record, i was blown away yesterday like everyone else but black caviar is v special and over 6 i think she would prob beat him actually going by her weight carrying performances against hay list et al....
frankel might be a freak but so is she! she wins sprints by a distance giving weight to colts. thats amazing. |
By:
By: ilikewavingatbuses ...lol,lol,lol....another who knows jack shyt, only 2 races haylist was in front of Black Caviar was the only 2 times she ran clockwise, being she was on her anti clockwise leg, both times she was nursed under a huge hold until balanced and straighten up, giving haylist ( the 2nd greatset sprinter in the world ) windburn....If Black Caviar was extended in any race she would smash race records each time and her rating would be way over 140....not like Frankel who is extended to win by his margins.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DIdXYtr4tp8&feature=related http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H4_Qurl05YM she beat Haylist clockwise by 3len and 5 lens to 8 other group 1 winners....how many group winners has Frankel beat? in the newmarket grp 1 she had top weight, a weight carrying record, won by 4 eased up 150 from home to a canter, never out of first gear, only .20 outside the track record. smashed if ridden out. her sectionals are breath taking with ease running a consitant 32-33 sec to the 3f |
By:
Hay list was also in front in the btc cup actually, but not in the same fashion and black caviar easily got him.
And just an FYI, if black caviar did not exsist there would be aussie's (possibly even myself) on here having this exact same argument about hay list and frankel, so i'm not really sure saying hay list got black caviar to work is somehow bad, HAY IS ALSO A FREAK. |
By:
I'm only stoking the flames here really, I'd love to see it, maybe next year at Ascot, if she decides to travel and Frankel is still in training, i have a feeling it will have to happen.
By:
Black caviar is almost certainly going to ascot next year, something would have to go wrong for her not to. That's what the trainer has said for a while now.

Dark Destroyer ..go to you tube watch his races in Austrlia and tell me twiceover and other alike came closer than Australian A graders?....no he or other didnt....FACT
By:
I think it will happen so because I like to think of Prince Khalid as a sporting owner, who knows? she might be the reason he is staying in training.

do people just see a name and then talk absolute b0llocks? is scooty as retarded as he appears?
read the fooking comments first u thick coont! |

it just seems frankel can run any race anyway he pleases, he just deciates them, i dont know much about horses but i love him, he is a real pleasure to see in action

maxcady...Yeah im a clown, stop wearing my bozzo shoes FFS !!

@ Sootyfive, I don't like to put a hole in your story.. but my i'm gonna go out on a limb and say rewilding got closer than any aussie horses, as well as workforce.
By:
theres no way he will line up in a spint imo. as time goes on i think hes more likely to need further if anything due to his breeding. even cecil said they might keep him in training as hes more likely to get 10f next season.
By:
If she is at ascot next year, if Frankel doesn't turn up, it will look like he is ducking her, as we know he has the speed for 6. The only problem is the Queen Anne, but after yesterday, I think Frankel is in the realms of adding to his legacy rather than just adding group 1's.
By:
he sure is cueno, amazing horse!

By:
I heard him dismiss the July Cup alright, could she step up for the Queen Anne?

I think we brag about our economy these days when there's nothing else to do [:p]
Duno what we'll do when that goes downhill, perhaps make some more stuff up |
By:
see i wouldnt see him as ducking her, i mean hes not a sprinter. hes fast but not a sprinter so i wouldnt have a prob with him lining up in a diff race.

The fact that the only UK firm to offer a price this year went 1/3 Black Caviar to win any race at Ascot shows that we are well aware of how good she is. Everyone accepts that Aus sprinters are better than ours. It's the middle distance raiders that fail to convince. The jury is still out on SYT but at least he has performed better than the previous superstar Elvstroem who got his arse kicked over a variety of trips.
By:
all disagreements aside wouldn't this be great if it happened, i would pay good money to see him smash this Aussie filly to peices
By:
Elvstroem wasnt at the time Australia's best...know idea why you think that. well bred group winner, but not the best of his era, went overseas because of breeding barn trying to make a name with him

Mayweather and Pacquaio stuff

Mayweather would win easily,as would Frankel.

frankel ran the first 6 furlongs of the guineas in roughly the same time as dream ahead won the july cup in.......imagine if queally knew he never had to save anything for another 2 furlongs!!
By:
that is very informative Duffy
By:
I'm not saying it's not true, it probably is. But where did you hear that about the guineas first 6f time vs the july cup? Just curious is all.
By:
So BLACK CAVIAR is off the your country next may...its in Frankels connections corner to take her on.
They dont take her on at 6 furlongs means they are avoiding her, SIMPLE. Least she's coming to race for pittance in the UK as the trainer and owners have stated they want to share the experiance with the world. |
By:
Good news if she does come over. Maybe she and Frankel could take each other on twice, over 6f and a mile. That would be worth seeing.
By:
Blue blooded Englishmen dont even know Aussies exist sooty,THEY WONT DROP TO 6 TO SUIT YOU IM AFRAID.
By:
it's just rough appproximate...watch the guineas and stop the clock with 2 furlongs to go :-)
