GIN TWIST was a 60,000 yearling and started racing life in a class 3 maiden at Chester's Gold cup meeting in May, seven months on and she still has her maiden tag to lose with a record of 0-10 but has never been too far away and looks better over this 5f.
Last ran 22 days ago here when travelling well and taking the lead only to be worn down in the final furlong with Billy Wizz's stable horse M J Woodward just in front. Now 5lbs better off and tonight could see her followers cheering her home from the packed Wolverhampton stands and then flooding to the bars for a cold full headed pint of Marsdens and a Gin Twist chaser.. |

PATAVIUM 7/1 Carlisle 3-00 3pts
By:
PATAVIUM returns to action after a break of 107 days where he was last seen winning a class 5 handicap on the level, how back over the sticks where he can run off a mark 9lbs below last winning mark.
Has ran well fresh in the past and started this year after a break of 345 days when running well and finishing 3rd at 20/1 and not beaten too far off 100, now down to 97 and if fully tuned up could see his record improve to 9 wins from 65 runs.. |

PS
Got carried away on Friday, profit should read 103pts to 1pt level stakes.. |

NGONG HILLS 9/4 Catterick 2-00 4pts
By:
The key to NGONG HILLS is GF ground of which he has won on four times, returned in September after two years off and is now 6lbs below last winning mark. Since then gradually getting back in the groove with only in-form favourite getting the better last time, next win can't be far away..

GL Billy, both decent chances as the betting would suggest, just a little wary of the Moore beast in the latter contest.... could be very well handicapped, the headgear goes back on and has been backed accordingly.

By:
ROYAL BAJAN seems to love the black country and has won here twice already this year, gelded since last run 64 days ago and only 3lbs above last win with young Swifty knocking off the same amount so another good run could be on the cards..

![]() GREENSWARD 9/2 Wolves 7-20 3pts Two out of two on the AW for this CD winner who also won a class 3 at Chester in September. Runs well after a short break and the 42 days rest might set him up again for new stable and Jimmy Fortune who keeps the ride from last time. Handicap wins have come off 79,85 and 89, tonight's 91 could make it a hat-trick.. |
By:
i see you, me and bluenose all agree on this one, must win! slighty worried about lochantanks
