Chilledtothebone Leic 7-40 3pts win 3/1 |
|
By:
Kieren Fallon won this race last year and I'm hoping he can do the same for the Linda Stubbs trained Chilledtothebone who might prove too hot for his rivals in this low grade seller. There are a few ahead of him on OR but better latest form counts for a lot in these type of races and Boney only found the half decent Frogal ahead of him 23 days ago who went on to win a class 4 handicap by 2lths next time out..

In form claimer Reginald Dawson knocks a handy 7lb off Concrete And Clay who comes back from a 79 day break.
A winner in the past when fresh, tonight's Yielding ground is just what the doctor ordered for this chestnut gelding and the plan will be to sit close up to the leaders and come good at the business end.. |

This race has been won by four year old's on all three times and I'm hoping CD winner Music Festival can continue the trend. This Storm Cat colt ticks all the boxes and comes out top on RPR and TS and with wins on this type of ground off 59 and 60 in this grade a good run could be on the cards back to class 5 company for trainer Jim Goldie.

Peachey Moment 2nd
Sharestan 3rd Hassanali Just pipped into a place and a win not far away again After reaching the heady heights of 102pts to 1pt level stakes on this thread I then reached a new high of 137pts only to hit a brick wall and a losing spell of increased stakes which brought me back down to earth and back to the 100pt mark. Now is a good time to start again from scratch with the 100pts banked and all bets to 1pt again (£30) Long Live The King £30 win @ 7/2 Long Live The King took the race last time out by the scruff of the neck and made all winning nicely by a cosy 4lths, if the same tactics are applied by this Ebor and Irish St Leger entered colt another good win could be on the cards.. Lujano £30 win @ 100/30 Won here in a class 5 over CD off a 7lb higher mark in 2009 and with a sound effort on return from 6 months off when second at Redcar behind him, next win can't be far away with Julie Burke's 5lb claim another plus.. £10 double 100/30 , 3/1.. |

Long Live The King
Lujano Unp both £30 win Positivity South 8-40 13/2 Positivity has been doing a bit of courting lately and as a result is in the pudding club to Helvellyn, best form has always been over CD and she is only 4lb higher than for latest success here. |

STAGE TWO 3.67pts profit
Solicitor Donc 8-40 7/1 £30 win |
|
By:
Joburg Donc 8-40 8/1 £30 win
I have backed two against the field at the prices and both have outstanding chances. I will be brief with Solicitor who won at Beverley this time last year over this distance and ground by 7lths and looks primed for a good run after a decent effort over 2f further last time out. While Joburg a winner over 10f on five occasions on this type of ground is only 3lbs above last winning mark and usually runs in better company.. |
|
By:
Both unplaced
Lujano £30 win @ 6/1 Won here in a class 5 over CD off a 7lb higher mark in 2009 and with a sound effort on return from 6 months off when second at Redcar behind him, next win can't be far away with Julie Burke's 5lb claim another plus.. That was four days ago.. Now Tony Hamilton takes over and will try to make all to recapture glory and first win since 2009. |
