The bottom line is when queally straightened her, special duty still had every but couldn't go by. There is no way the stewards could be sure that the fav would have won. it lost by a nose after getting bumped and carried across the track |

i didn't realise initially that there was contact there was a bump and jock did have whip in wrong hand.
i think it was the right decision but have seen much worse cases not dealt with in the same way! |
