with the precedent set the last few years, any contact, and a nose....it has to go.

really could either way.....huge decision given connections and future breeding from the horse...will be an appeal either way...

i agree with attitude,second covered more ground because of the interference.
i could look at that cecil horse all today and i still think 121 wasn't a good price :D

Have not had a bet but agreed can't chuck it out, getting as bad as the Yanks and French.
They don't have to be sure. They have to think it likely. Of course the way it was bumped and carried it across the course cost it more than an inch.

was quite a straight forward decision i think, hence why it took so little time to revise
i didn't realise initially that there was contact there was a bump and jock did have whip in wrong hand.
i think it was the right decision but have seen much worse cases not dealt with in the same way!

66/1 shot thrown out in favour of 9/2 fav, if roles reveresed would they still come to the same conclusion.
