i bet (pun intended) most on here dont really understand the psychology of a gambler...

I know the risks hearts but when it's just one of them days if you called tails on a coin toss it'd be heads every time.
Back to basics i think.Just gutted that's all,no complaints,my choice.

^ could do no wrong for 2 months and had built it up from a £100 deposit,thought I was invincible.

laid a 10/1 to win a £100,hosed up,one hour later turned the computer off in a daze :(

anybody who comes on here needs to learn discipline,I still have not and accept this is all for fun as I will never make it pay.

im on a loosing streak to m8 dont let it get u down and i have lost a lot these past few week

We've all been there one eighty, the highs and lows of gambling, it takes so much discipline (which I doubt I have anyway!) To stick to a staking plan, ultimately we all get greedy and take higher risks. Had a very good run myself then made up for it with an exceptionally bad one, still in a mess to be honest... but take stock, have a few days out and reassess your situation. Good luck whatever you do.

Always have a few bad days here and there, but generally each bet is like 0.3% or 0.5% of my bank, 1% if I'm really keen lol. Probably bet about 4 races a day average.. Sat is different, generally more, as generally more competitive racing. Anyway no one asked me, and you probably don't care! but I couldn't be losing my bank in a few days.. would probably destroy me. Hard luck anyway, hope you learn from this. Just a shame it's the hard way. GL fellas.
