I know the risks hearts but when it's just one of them days if you called tails on a coin toss it'd be heads every time.
Back to basics i think.Just gutted that's all,no complaints,my choice.

a gambler is chasing 'high'

the most powerful 'high' is th emotion of losing more than you can afford

which probably explains why Twiggy seems cheerful most days

^ could do no wrong for 2 months and had built it up from a £100 deposit, thought I was invincible.

laid a 10/1 to win a £100,hosed up,one hour later turned the computer off in a daze :(

anybody who comes on here needs to learn discipline,I still have not and accept this is all for fun as I will never make it pay.

Quote - "everybody on here has been there..."

No they haven't.

Some people DO have the self-discipline not to let things get out of control.

I think you should give up and take up embroidery (or something)

The key is when things start going wrong walk away ..unfortunately I can never practice what I preach ...always end up chasing and doing my gonads

Just been reading an article elsewhere about the many people who see gambling as a way out the current recession.

Doesn't bode well...
