There is a live chat with him at the moment and I have to say its the most restricted, staged, controlled interaction I have seen for a long while. Try asking a serious question and you have about as much chance as getting a bet on with Bald fred.

Can someone ask him where he found the photographer for the excellent photos that rotate on the front page of his website? Picture three, "Pleased And Vindicated" is my favourite.

Ask him if he ever struggles to get his bets on at the bookies and has he ever had an account closed or heavily restricted?

Was it about the photos, info? For me, the snapper has captures the blissful highs and excruciating lows that punting deals us all. I find them moving, truthful and revealing.

Hello Joshuag. I would dearly love you to come up to me at the races and call me a parasite. I will be at haydock tomorrow evening should you be interested.

Hello Quito. A pretty cheap shot from you, don't you think? Still, I suppose it bouys you a few brownie points with your cyber buddies.

And FBS. Unlike some in the media I never - but never - use any sort of leverage to get a bet on. And yes, I do get restricted on various accounts, which means that nearly all my betting is done on here nowadays.

I must be barmy coming on here again, but just as Matt Williams objects to the word "worm" I kind of object to being called a parasite. Oh for the chance to meet these blokes....just for a minute or two.

its important to be accurate as a journalist for sure, but did he actually call you a parasite? it sounded more like a complaint about how the chat is moderated

If all your betting is done on here,do you mind me asking how you justify advising those best odds guaranteed ew bets to any who subscribe to your tipping service?

When: 23 Apr 10 12:39
No I don't mind u asking me that at all. I don't make the prices. I do try and take the prices through various accounts - in various names. Isn't that sensible?

To be honest yifter,i'd say its virtually impossible to get those bets on ,the bookmakers criteria for allowing those bets is you either can't spell the word "apple" or you kick a ball for a living.

I don't know any decent punter that can get worthwhile bets on in dodgy each-way races. In fact, if you're lucky enough to have a couple of accounts that haven't been restricted, the last thing you'd want to do is bet each-way in those races and give them an opportunity to limit you.

yifter is it not a bit tacky for a serious journalist to be taking money from people for tipping losers-correct me if I am wrong but is this not your second attempt(first was a disaster)and I see you are behind 3.85 points on this your first month.Maybe time to accept you, like most punters, cannot make money from punting- stick to RUK and stop exploiting guillable punters.

Yifter please refrain from trying to lower the tone of this forum it may be the kind of barrackroom carry on you journalist get up to but i dont think you should be encouraging people to go to the races for a punch-up(tho you havent said those exact words i hardly think you are inviting them to the races to buy them a drink).....So please behave.

Yifter, if it really is you Graham then I would love to haver a chat with you at the course. I cannot
make Haydock but could make Liecester tommorow or maybe one of the Guineas days. If you really want to be considered a non parasite then why is it that issues that effect punters but are adverse publicity for bookmakers are suppressed by the likes of you.

I would be happy to meet with you and debate these points

Yifter

You must have known that the chat you were invited on today was going to be controlled bookmaker propoganda and yet for a fee you were happy to engage. Even without a fee it still reeks of trechoury

Joshuag. Unlike some, I have no interest whatsoever in being a tribune for the punters. And I have no interest in debating the finer points of whether it's possible to get a decent bet on with you. Please understand that when you call some people parasites they will not sit back and let you get away with it. Far from it.

Great so am I, issues need to be confronted but I suspect Graham like most in the media likes to choose his confrontations carefully. Anything that may have an adverse effect on tghe career is carefully vetted.
