Easy answer tbh , gamblers who are not having a particularly good time of it will diversify and start comparing everything thus making excuses with a negative head , those who follow the sport as well as being an active punter take each meeting at face value and accept everything for what it is , a positive head.

actually not having a bad time of it at all and watching the racing just saying like all gonna end up same in end so no point losing sleep about the inevitable

i amsure the locals enjoy it and dont all the local hoi polloi turn out for ladies day but starting halfway through the afternoon cant be that great either,there seems very little festival atmosphere there today and surely 5 days is too many for any festival?in answer to the original question,no i dont care about it but im sure plenty of irish do so good luck to them.

people are anti irish racing because of misguided views in the past--real racing people will appreciate good racing--punchestown is a fantastic track Isnt punchestown better than all the flat racing thats on at present, its a better meeting than aintree and fairyhouse
