I have backed Cornas at 60 and Natal at 55 in this. Particularly fancy Cornas to run a big race at a huge price.

What makes you fancy Cornas, may I ask?

Ruby fairly sweet on Twist Magic on RTE there. firgives him his cheltenham run as feels he doesnt really show up at the festival

I'm going for an outsider in the champion today in Cornas. I really quite fancy Cornas to run a big race, it came 4th with 11st8 in the last at the festival beating the 5th home that day Tartak by 7 lengths with 2lbs more on board. Tartak got to within 2 lengths of Forpaddy at Aintree. That handicap was a really hot one at Chelts and the 2nd French Opera has won a group 2 novice chase since.

I'm not saying the form line means that Cornas won't have much to find but I am saying that he should be fresher than the likes of Forpaddy, KK etc and may actually be not that far away from them at his very best. With question marks over the likes of Twist Magic as ever I think Cornas is a decent ew bet.

I think its a disgrace that you lose your money on Twist, How can they consider a horse that did not run 1 metre a runner its a bookmakers dream. Only had a small bet but was some serious dough down there!

Well he clearly didn't take part in the race. Fair play to those who knew that he wouldn't ;)
