4.30 Yarmouth - Alcalde = ungenuine mince, ditto Bugaku, Raptor up in the weights in a better race, Hollow Green = well handicapped good Doncaster form = sound bet at 11/2. Am I missing something?

3 winners and 10 places from 37 runners last fortnight. Not hot or cold imo.

Methinks bidders has been STUNG by Alcalde in the past. HG should be fav though - if Bugaku was trained by anyone other than the Bajan knight, you wouldn't be interested in backing the vole at 20s.

Lang Shining 10/1. Presumably his backers were encouraged by a furlong defeat in the Lincoln.

Could be Zoey's punters? She rates the form of the Lincolnshire.

Alcalde is just one of many Johnston horses that I can never get right.

I had Any Given Moment down as a worthwhile project off marks in the 50's over staying trips so I shall be going in again for Bath and Kempton losses.

Amazing how Harrison George looks like the Breeders Cup Mile winner when you don't want him to.

Always thought Bugaku would make up into a nice 8yo.

:^0

Bugakau had winning first time up last year as the only thing going for him today as far as I could see.

Harrison did look rather good. Quite a strong looking beast aswell in the winners enclosure after.

Walter Swinburn in good form and put punters onto a couple of his winners on GetOn earlier.

I agree imo. I have so far had one bean on the Godolphin 2nd string in the 3.00. Liked Hughie's 4.10 runner last term. All a bit tricky though really.

Yup. Also, reading the info Jamesp posted (ante-post section) on the 4.10 , it is a bit of a mixed bag statistically. Horses can win with penalties in the race, right down to horses coming from maidens (provided they are trained by messrs Stoute,Cecil,Gosden). I was looking at Queens Grace aswell and Hafawa, but dont think you can rule many of them out. 5/1 the field currently on here.

G'day,
Looks an interesting day and as i'm sure will be said on RUK one for the video tape (or Sky+)..
Heard positives for the Meehan horse in the first, Haggas too but maybe not 2day, Nosedas in the latter maiden whilst Timepiece and Safina are meant to have wintered well. Usual come on for run chat though so I dont think I will be dipping my toe in too deeply, if at all. One of my 2yr olds to follow was Longliner who i see has been well supported already in the ££ race.

Of the switcherers I thought Colonel Mak looked interesting. The Barron has what looks a live wun at Kempton tomorrow I thought...

Did it for the paper yesterday - very hard to gauge what price to put it in at. When the dangers are Fromsong and Misaro, you know you have found the right race though.

haha. Exactly!
As you say it is an impossible one to price up. 4-5/1 at a guess..

HQ looks tough again today. Thought that perhaps Crticial Moment was a tadge overpriced at 20/1, possible ground excuses lto, but there look to be many with solid chances so have left it.

I thought Serva Jugum was worth a bet today 3.10 Ripon. Trainer not had any winners yet but a couple ran well yesterday and this horse has some good form in the book. 5/1.
