there is nothing too pleasant about returning a pleasantry - ITS VERY NORMAL .

I must say that Lydia comes over very well on TV and in person looks very nice.I know a lot of people knock presenters but she is different class.

I agree about the first post though having met the clown at another track.

Does anyone know STEVE TAYLOR of the weekender ?
Went cheltenham for a week , brave incas supreme year ( 2004 i think ) and a few of us started chatting to him , he is an absolute gentleman and so down to earth it was unreal - and when he was going we asked him for 1 horse and he gave us WELL CHIEF in the arkle , and it won @ 9/1 .
top top fella

Steve is employed in the background by the BBC.
He knows more about our sport than the whole of the on air lot put together. He's a friend I speak to on the dog sometimes and I've never heard him express any frustration. A saint therefore.

Did he not used to be on ATR in the early days?
Always seemed a good lad. Steve Rider is the nicest man in sport imo just ahead of Steve Davis.

If he's never expressed any frustration at being your friend, he must be :^0

He also gave us FLEET STREET which finished 3rd in the supreme at 20s - might not seem a massive event for some on here , but for him to come over to a load of rough n ready lads and just starting to chat like he knew us was amazing , seemed a real good un
