Racing folk that come over well on TV but ...

What i see yesterday was a rude arrogant man.

I must add that i said quick hello to Richard Hannon Jnr yesterday and very pleasant man imo.I wish i had asked for a tip considering how well forward his youngsters are this year.

I must say that Lydia comes over very well on TV and in person looks very nice.I know a lot of people knock presenters but she is different class.

Went cheltenham for a week , brave incas supreme year ( 2004 i think ) and a few of us started chatting to him , he is an absolute gentleman and so down to earth it was unreal - and when he was going we asked him for 1 horse and he gave us WELL CHIEF in the arkle , and it won @ 9/1 .

Always seemed a good lad. Steve Rider is the nicest man in sport imo just ahead of Steve Davis.

Met Lydia well before she was famous on a racecourse and we were together in a small group for most of the day. Great day's racing it was. She was pleasant, down to earth, no airs and graces. She was beginning to make her way in the industry at that point. This is well over 10 years ago and she won't remember me at all. I can only say now I'm glad she's made such a success of herself.

Yes he was on the original ATR.....it was usually Sundays when he was on....when they reviewed the weeks racing sitting on sofas.
