I,m looking for the Big Races Thread ..... Is this the Lay version

Afternoon all,decent looking renewal of the Old Roan later today.

Both of the 6 yr olds come in to this with questions to answer,both could be anything at this early stage.

VW does shy away from decent ground at times,intrigued to see how Fanion is ridden later,in other words will he be put in the race first time up?

Solid enough debut noc, shouldnt go up much for that easy race, defo a bigger prize in him. His trainer doing well these days.

I have always found it interesting that ex Nicholls inmates always seem to do better at training than the ex Henderson staff.

No R4 for Wishing and Hoping, which was strange after CC withdrawal, thought worth mentioning. Noc, on the “PP”, think Sirruh Du Lac would’ve went in a few notebooks, but another from same connections, Umbrigado, had quiet spin over hurdles at Ffos Las the other day
