Not a good race for either of us. The winner Documenting, I had tipped up on here( and backed) at York in Juky,when it won at 14/1. I convinced myself it wouldn't go in again  |

Thinking along the same lines with the 1m 6f race at Haydock yesterday. Did we see anything that has Cesarewitch potential,perfect 4 week break until newmarket. Need to delve into that over next few weeks,poor record in that recent seasons. |

noc. Going through a losing run at present so not surprised at anything at the moment.But having said that I was quite confident that Radinsky would turn things around. However, realised from the start, that it wasn't going to be. In his last three races, the horse had been close to the pace throughout and lost on each occasion by less than a length. In my opinion, to hold him up at the back of the field, in Saturday's going, was ludicrous. yes, he made up ground, but left no time to deliver a challenge if he hit interference. And Dascombe, insisting he stayed on the rail, ensured he did meet trouble. A poor show. Has gone in the book to look at very closely in its next race. But couldnt help feeling an opportunity was lost.It was nicely backed too.Though he had been tipped up by the overated TS ! What was your take ? |

Pretty much same thought,those invited to Alcatraz would have seen more daylight. Surely will get the first time indicators,next time out  Find the Northumberland Plate 2020 thread,long spiel on him start of the season,was given a hold up ride that day,still not convinced we have seen the best of him. Looks to have been laid out for this Sint,8lb extra for york,after 9 months off and gelded. Is this the potential group horse, running in a handicap ? Hard to rule him out. |

IF he runs I think he'll be a 6/1 chance. And there were options for him to run at Doncaster this week.
He might not run, but I backed him last time out on here and though he was very impressive. Happy to take a chance at 12/1. Tom Segal has put him up so hopefully not jinxed. |
