Hey Jonesy - Gold
Upstaging - Bronze , tiny e/w In the Silver I am very keen on Flying Pursuit . He ran very well in the top heat last year and has dropped 15 lb . He has not been running badly , the jockey knows him well , stable is having winners and I believe he will be fitted with some headgear . The fly in the ointment is that recent results suggest that he runs better with some cut but go back to Newmarket 2016 and he went plenty well enough on g/f then . I see him as being very well handicapped . 33/1 is great value . |

Final opinion is for the Silver Cup I couldn`t decide where the race will develop so have picked Lahore on the stands side and Flying Pursuit on the far side. Both each way.
For the Gold Cup I see the race developing from a middle to high draw and have settled on just Buffer Zone each way. Got a 5lb penalty which might be a problem. No great expectations but you never know |

After the bronze cup will add Gulliver to the Gold Cup each way.

Barbill is interesting.
Just behind the Steward’s Cup winner in a listed race at Newbury. |

Is this a race thats going to be ruined by the draw ? Looks like near side horses had absolutely no chance in the Bronze cup yesterday.

The value has gone from Hey Jonesy now but take a look at Stone Of Destiny . On his Commonwealth Cup form he is value at big prices .

There is a little 50/1 left and plenty of 40/1 .
