Harry, you only add on the stake if you deducted it from your P&L when totalling up. In-play bets are obviously future bets so I presonally take them off mine as the money is gone from the account..

roo, surely you can still take the 33's in this thread, I'm sure nobody would have an issue with that...........unless there's been prrevious problems with people doing that, haven't been on this thread in prev seasons.

She's not entered. I got neither of the bets posted at 12:01 on so what are the rules? I assume they stand for the purpose of here? Or both are void. Either is fine with me as Tea for Two is 8/1 now.

CV - from my perspective the spirit of thread should be a reflection of the bets you have struck. I'd always strike bet first before posting but that's me.
In that respect I'd be happier if Ma Filleule stake was returned and that your actual bet on T42 was reflected not claiming 12/1 when you didn't get it. Leave it with you, no biggy for me either way |

tbf roo it was an odd thing, how often are odds up on oddschecker and when you click through it says suspended. I posted a few mins later. My worry is if I bet and then post the odds may have changed and then it looks like you're being deceitful. So I post before betting so as to avoid that. The fact you took 25/1 about a horse who is available at 33/1 elsewhere I agree with. Like you won't see me post odds from skybet, betbright, 888 and almost never Coral when every 2 cents goes to a trader.
We're talking about 0.5pt here, and actually 0.25 when you factor tea for two's odds shortening, which is completely insignificant. So the worse outcome is the bets were placed. I've gone and backed tea for two anyway for 0.75pt @ 8/1 so profit to me is the same if he wins. But I think in future if someone posts within 5 mins to void a bet for a valid reason ie odds changed down or market suspended etc. I'm more than happy with that. I wasn't explicit in my post that they weren't placed and should be void. |
