When you have the time to sit and watch the racing it can make such a difference Pete. The forecast was for 5-6mm before the race but it never arrived! VV's last 3 wins all on Good so was concerned about it. Took the chance with no rain.

Thanks for that Harry.
Really like him, kept an eye on him last year, and to be honest had The World Hurdle in mind for him at start of the season  . Took a while to get him added to a few races on here, but got him 34's to 65's for The Arkle as well, so fingers crossed he can keep progressing. Small matter of Douvan to contend with, along with Sizing John (bet him as well at 20's), but hey, you never know, and a wee bit surprised that PP are holding at 25's, which I suppose is a small worry in itself. |

ye i wouldn't be sure where he goes tbh...
he certainly has plenty of speed on that ground and the second is rated 144 although i don't know where they plucked that from but he couldn't lay a finger on him... until he is taken on for the lead we won't know how his jumping will stand up but as we stand, he is at least a late 150's horse already...you may have a bit of fun at the very least with your bet but until he tackles the good ones we won't really know how good he is and i will reserve judgement until then...interesting horse all the same if he keeps progressing |
