does no one fancy shavansky? cracking run in the cambrigeshire. ive had a couple of small bets at big prices. bit worried re the 6 draw though

Trev - just keeping people informed, that stat plus a suspect draw would put me off backing him.

Far side quicker acording to going stick
Fareer drawn in the middle = bad draw |

Im taking a chance here on PLEASE SING trained by Mick Channon. Spent all its life in Listed/Group company bar a placing behind Golden Stream in the Sandringham last year as a 3YO and off a mark off 100. Runs here off a mark of just 92. Seen the stats on previous group runners but at 50/1 I will risk half a point e/w. Good run last time in Group 3 behind winner rated 116 and only a length and a quarter behind Golden Stream over the course and distance. Only a 4 year old so could still be room for some improvement. Plus the high draw could be a bonus too, but who knows?
0.5 Pts e/w @ 50/1 Please Sing (Royal Hunt Cup) Good luck all. |

On Wednesday it's the Royal Hunt Cup and after alot of digging, I've decided to go with the class horse in the race, Fareer at odds of 12/1. This race has slowly over recent years been starting to favour the better horses and it's possible that this one could defy a few trends to take this. I have also had an ew saver on Tiger Reigns which looks to be a good price of 25/1. |

Taken the 40-1 about SPECTAIT, ok the comeback run wasnt the best, but its 8f big handicap form stacks up here, could be drawn well and it wouldnt be the biggest surprise if a Jonjo horse won after a bad run would it??

A saver on Lovelace, who won the far side event last year
Cue a dash to the stands side rail |

Backed Dandy Boy, reckon he's still quite in and i'm thinking a low draw is what we want. 8/1 looks very fair

Replies: 49 13 Jun 10 19:41 Last season Invisible Man was favourite for the Cambridgeshire looking like a group horse before an appalling effort at Goodwood during which he looked to have sustained an injury. Put away for the winter he's come back with two debatable attempts while Goldolphin were in rank form. He likes straight tracks and I'm fairly convinced 20/1 is too big and that the money will come for him prior to the race. Very well done. Hope you had a decent bet ! |

Very well done Hussard.
Remember him winning very well (also coming from a long way back) last year on Newmarket's July course and thought he could be a horse to follow. Unfortunately, his two runs this season were ordinary and bad, but of course I didn't know he'd finished lame LTO. |
