You guys are slipping :0

Early shortlist:

Our Joe Mac - bad draw but big run at Chester
Rakaan - ran well over 7f last time out, mile worth a go based on that although breeding doesn't suggest it will suit.
Gunner Lindley - crying out for a mile, didn't get the best of runs, winner looks to be very useful. His sire looks a sire to follow in handicaps with them being slow to develop.
Mark Twain - Aiden O'Brien was running him over 7f/mile and pedigree agrees with him. On a nice mark based on his maiden win. Good run over 10f, too bad to be true at Chester, interesting at a bigger price.

Probably most keen on Gunner Lindley myself. I'll leave the trends to you lot, if there are any. Anyone got any views?

Haha fair point, what's the score this time round, good to firm currently. Imagine he's got the hosepipe on though?

I've had a quick look and would be interested in Rjeef.  The Meezan race at Newbury has worked out well.  Looks like a fair few need to drop out for both Balducci and Harvest Dancer to run - so take care on these 2.

Rakaan is my shout for the Scoop6. Doubt I'll have a bet on the race itself though.

Hacienda anywon?

10's wil do me fine e/w with Ryan Moore up Cool

Easy winner of his first 2 starts over 7f - including on g/f at Beverly wen eased down at the finish - ran in a G3 lto at the Curragh and tbh did well to finish 4th as he was flat to the boards in last a long way out- stil finished within 3l of the winner - that was on yielding ground- will get g/f again Saturday, step up to a mile looks like it wil suit and looks a solid bet to me

10/1 e/w yes plz Cool

Good morning all.

My take on this race is that as far as I am concerned (having now had a good look), is there are question marks against all the leading fancies for this and with that in mind, I hope I may have dug out a reasonable ew contender.
I think the horse in question is capable of winning this providing a mile isn't too far, although I think the horse will get the trip. I will be disappointed if the horse doesn't at least make the frame. I have therefore had a small dabble on Unshakable Will which I hope can run a good race from a good draw after not getting the best of runs last time.
Cool

I think I may have had a half too many last night. How many times did I say 'the horse'?!  [smiley:crazy]

Surely the Balding horse pops out in front and stays there ?.

Aerodynamic off 88 = spaff

Hope the handbrake's off Grin
Report Meat Loaf • May 21, 2010 3:50 PM BST
I expect Unshakable Will to run very well off a light mark. I'm struggling to see any potential stars in this line up so I think Unshakable Will will take all the besting for the in form Mr Smart and is also a nice price.

Any thoughts?
