I had one bet, Penfold. Peter Hanson at 12/1 to make the top 10. For the life of me I have no idea why I didn't back him to win outright. Even a couple of quid would've paid a small fortune. Absolutely bloody stupid imo

I'm looking at one under the radar today, Hurrican Higgins in the first at HQ. Highly thought of last season, contested some good races. Pipe opener on the sand first time out, back in a handicap today, hopefully strengthened a bit over the winter, thrown a few quid at him at 24.0. Good luck today lads, off to the old hometown for a pint or 12. |

billy thought this might help
Anger is a natural emotion that helps us deal with challenges in our lives. It can be a hugely useful emotion. And it can be massively destructive. How we use our anger is important. Burying feelings of anger, or anger turned inwards, can lead to low mood, lack of assertiveness and self esteem, and self-harm, and turning it outwards can harm those we love, can affect our jobs. There are techniques that you can use to manage anger in a better way. Talking about where your anger is coming from is also a good way of exploring negative emotions. If you have a problem with your anger you probably already know it. These are some of the signs that someone has difficulty controlling their anger: Feeling anger or rage, irritable at the slightest thing, restless, on edge. Snappy and irritable, shout and argue, hit out, throw things, attack someone. Can’t concentrate, others seem unfair to you, everything is a big problem. Heart pounds, tight chest, tense muscles, weak legs, hot and sweaty. ![]() ![]() ![]() |
