Yes I wish it was at another track but I will still be glued
My three against the field this year are:-
BUBBLY APACHE currently available at around 25/1
BALLINABOLA ED currently available at around 25/1
EMILYS JET currently available at around 50/1
I did back last years winner at the outset and he will probably go a long way this year at the only track he seems to really fire at but I can’t quite see him winning this time.
I was leaning towards LAUTARO, he’s definitely quick but I don’t think he relishes a battle sometimes (I could easily be wrong); my long shot was going to be DRAHBEG DANDY but he’s picked up an injury (not anywhere near as bad as the one he was off with before).

Some cracking racing and some surprises, I do not think I have ever witnessed a hound fly the box like Lautaro did last night unbelievable trapping. The one I would love to take home from Thursdays action is Hoodoo Brown ran a terrific race in defeat short of room and stopped twice, certainly one for the video boys to take on-board. Really looking forward to seeing Kildare tonight one of the many youngsters with a bright future.

I did trap 1 in the combined, it was a short price but 5 wins already for red so it's pretty much a given it obliges, I hope so anyway.

People still going on about tracks installing clocks in midfield. Why? A piece of nonsense as far as I am concerned. Desirable certainly but things are well ahead in my wanted list such as universal traps, universal, efficient photo finish technology, standardising outlines of winning lines on tracks ( by whatever technology ), track staff to catch fallers and thus reduce no-races etc;
