He found glen johnson, lee bowyer, joe cole, jamie stewart, van aanholt, amongst many kinky , he was still with Crystal Palace until last year . 76 and paid off , so he's sinking the money into the dogs .Met him last year in Galway very positive about the game.

He seems a nice old boy Irish but was awful watching on RPGTV. Someone to have a chat with in quiet pub rather than on TV for hours talking about non greyhound stuff. I was in the same game Irish, was head oppo scout. There are so many scouts in football half are useless and only there because of mates.

Jamie Stuart still playing at Step 5 even though his body has gone like many of his age his brain allows his quality to come through.

Irish,sounds like you do not agree with my idea of a proper greyhound chappies, but would be interested in hearing your version.
NB the 3 tracks I named were not flappers, just previous names prior to changes, but which we were all accustomed to.

Each to his own mike
Always used to laugh at geysers working on the railway
Over there
Went to a funeral of a geyser killed on the track
Well into the night at wake comment came up
"Yeah he wasva good worker and he worked there ten years"
...."but he werent a proper railway man"
Lost his life on the track ffs
.....and then if anyone asked
