I hate having to assess such a loss because whilst the dog has been outboxed before it’s never been outsped early, ever. Until tonight. To be honest it stinks. However the dog will hopefully have learned a bit from its troubled run. Once again we are reminded that there is no such thing as an unbeatable cert.

Outsped early? It’s missed it 3-4 lengths and still gone to the bend pretty much level. Tried to squeeze through just off first bend and didn’t have the trackcraft imo. Will learn a lot from the run.

It was never level, at any stage. It usually leads after three strides but was never managing that last night. I agree otherwise.
