Great night's racing. Not too disappointed Bonnie, Matt and Honey didnt win, coz the winners of those races very worthy, although Matt and Honey cost me a treble and acca.

Didnt stay for the show after racing, where pf said he'd do a streak all over the stadium if Honey got beat! Laugh. By all accounts, he was on fire betting-wise though, whereas i just made a small profit thanks to Slippery Fred

great morning in Punchestown despite some early sat-nav probs and the old man not betting quantitive easing??

some great racing despite the terrible weather at the dogs, the books must have won a small fortune. Was in the middle of all the Serbian's chanting who let the dogs out.

my old man was in spectacular form at picking dogs that fell out, lol. I lost count of the times the lids opened and he ripped up his ticket.  Had one bet in fred that got some back but felt fairly fortunate there.

Irish, ??? -The old man bet diva (sorry pat) without the 2 dogs, just one of the few that fell out, tho we nearly collected!  lol. Had fun doing our bollocks.

Sure to be loads of pointers tonight at Shelbourne and some Select Stakes dogs could be taking part. Looking out for Jaytee Dutch, Slippery Fred and Painstown Chief in particular. Thought Barefoot Artist a shade disappointing at Limerick but returns to the scene of his excellent victory Derby final night. Interested to see how Highview Premier, Tradition, Ballybough Mike, Sidarian Nell, Two Bens and Laughil Bolt fare also. Not sure about Crackling Jack, Crown Champ, Amazing Dude, Fiery Splendour and others currently. Will wait and see

AFTERTIMING COUNT ..... "whereas i just made a small profit thanks to Slippery Fred"

after putting all those up ? small profit ? ....don't think so Woody Laugh still lying ?

Question: if it was in the feed why do some trainers have dogs that finished 5th and 6th that didn't test positive?
Unless the menu at the kennels is more extensive than it is in my gaff Excited

So every trainer on the list was using the same food/meat? Laughable!! 'Bout time they were caught and named. Hope there's some long bans handed out this time

I have 2 friends who have tested positive for pentobarbital and i know for a fact they where not stopping or driving their dogs.

Some of the posts on other forums are laughable, irregular betting patterns Night Of Stars, Ballydoyle Honey nailed to the floor, all those that tested on the list that ran on the night where nailed when there is very simple reasons why they did not win if you actually look at the races.

The worst part of all this I think are the guys involved in the sport for years who actually condone this. At the track last week and I hear a guy saying "ahh shur they wouldn't waste the juice on just any old dog, they'd only give it to the good ones" Like that makes it OK then?!

It is a big problem that's it's ingrained in the game over here and it will be a big job to change it and change that way of thinking, however I do for once believe that the crazy  amount of pentobarbital positives is down to contaminated meat

If the wanted to drive their dogs (on a night when all runners get tested) I really doubt they'd be using pentobarbital, it's amazing how some seen to think they where driving the dogs and elsewhere they're being accused of nailing them
