will carry many hopes in an exciting renewal of the old Classic dating back to 1928. Only a Category Two competition nowadays but the cream of the country's sprinters are going for it.
and drumna ice/dynamo joe in possibly toughest heat together. Odds on coupled at 5/5/7/8, so not for me.

Think youre talking calculated lads, which is open to speculation. Drumcove gone much quicker. Hope he stays sound, won it last year, repeat must be possible
notts has been running quick all throughout september
do your own research and come up with your own going allowance and see how far away it is from what they gave, its fairly close to the mark imo judged by the long term graded times
drumcove's 10 sept 17.92s (GA was +30, all 4-bend graded/opens +50 or +60)
where is this much quicker run please?
I can see 17.85s in the heats (3 sept), national sprint final 18.11s, semi 17.94s, heat 18.08s, prep race 17.97s, trial 18.18s, and first look crowded 18.12s.
this should be good
. The judged called the photo print undicipherable and mustsnt have been as confident as the commentator to call it on evidence of watching them cross the line
it's checked in between dogs at the gap in the rails

Didnt hold out much hope Fatty. Drumna Ice looked the part and the rest in a heap beforehand. Congratulations to the winner, Charlie and connections anyway. Thats twice, to me anyway, a relatively unknown has popped up recently in a big competition now after Glanmire Lad. Bit late in the season to be throwing your cap in for Sprinter of the Year but you never know if Ice wins the National Sprint?
it can't be anything else unless likes of drumcove/dynamo impressive at notts
, how exactly?
