I don't think so. "The good player is always lucky" is always lucky is a saying from chess. "The harder I practice the luckier I get" was one from gary player.
I don't think he gets any luckier than say Tiger in his prime. Also I recall last year, in one of the play-off events, Justin Thomas got incredibly lucky bounces and everything went in his favour to beat Spieth, who did nothing wrong and looked likely to win. So it works both ways. |
