The BBC should not be allowed to show any sport at all, unless they get a full on sports channel. That ain't gonna happen.
Everything they do, they do poorly. They consider the snooker worlds as one of their "flagships", yet still come off air half way through the final frame to show a repeat of Antiques fekin Road Show. They've given up on horse racing, still pay Gary Lineker, hourly, more than the average guy in the street earns in a year, to show repeats of the weeks footie. As has been said on here, they had no idea that Phil was in with a chance to win The Open 2 years ago, until the fella had virtually won the thing. The only good thing about the Beeb is BBC 4. Progs about John Lennon, Pink Floyd, Mozart, Old Grey Whistle Test, etc, etc. Ski-wiz... Sorry pal, but you don't really know what you're on about. |

My biggest gripe with TV coverage, is all the waffle before they go to live action.
And there's no reason why player interviews can't be shown in a small screen in the corner while live action is still be shown on the main screen Golf fans want to see as much live golf as possible, full stop |
