By:
That's ridiculous Bubba. Amazing golfer.
By:
he is moving it 30 yards in the air.
it is golf, but not golf as we know it. |
By:
it may say PW on the club but when he gets to impact hes delofting it into an 8 or 9 iron
By:
dont think he ever plays a straight shot.
he is a true artist with a club in his hand, but when it goes wrong, it goes very wrong. |
By:
phew worrying for curtis there !!!
By:
Timing off the tee is really off today for Bubba

My god the imagination of Bubba's shots is something to behold even after seeing a lot of them. Needs it today though with his tee shots lol

By:
great shot by Watson but fkn lucky not to be stymied behind the tree
By:
a 6 iron 177 is a decent hit ski
By:
jeez a good break for hidecki there
By:
Mats been very lucky there
By:
yeah, thought for sure that was going wet
By:
golfers are very rarely right behind a tree. not many players could have played that shot, it any.
By:
agree hill bubba is amazing to watch seems to have gone to another level this year
By:
liking that marychain - todd bogey
By:
ive got a substantial bet on Billy to beat Streb, they are playing awful golf.
billy never missed a fairway yesterday when he took down Luke. golf is a funny game, even for the pros. |
By:
I think if you hit it in the trees your lucky if u have a shot, could be behind it or no backswing.
By:
im not afertiming but shot tracker has just changed to say that Billy has put it to 2 feet at 16.
it better be right. ![]() |
By:
for normal golfers being in the trees does mean a chip out, you would be amazed at how far right and left these guys cam move a golf ball.
Bubba is all over the shop. |
By:
another sideways hack off the tee by bubba, probably be ok but eventually if he keeps playing army golf he will have a mare
By:
Agreed mighty - I think an importance difference too seems to be his temperament. I think before this season he might have lost the plot and be +4 today with the frustrating tee shots. Instead he has buckled down and has let his short game, putting keep him in contention. I might not like the guy, but I certainly love watching him play the game. Hopefully the forum is on for the US Open

3 short misses for matsuyama now
By:
if he stopped the outrageus wild ones he'd rule golf, but please please please dont he's so much fun to watch
By:
dont know, he might be crap if he tried to play straight golf shots and did not move his feet all over the place.
By:
im no great golfer im off 14 but even I find it a doddle to hit a right to left , not saying id judge it the right amount but if I have to hook round something id do it, trouble is if im stuck a foot or so behind I cant , but neither cam they, they need room to do so and if you keep hacking it in to trouble eventually u have no shot
By:
He can't stop the wild ones. You can't play like he does and not have massive misses when it goes wrong. The difference for me this year is the putting and short game. He sank several bombs to win Riviera, holed out of the bunker as well on the Sunday. The putter was once a weakness and now it's a strength. Today again he's getting it done on the greens.
