Big problems for me.  Still got Garcia as biggest red.  Will be out from 5.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m., so will only be able to trade on the first two hours of the leaders, weather permitting, of course.  Can green up to win a first class stamp.

The money is not the problem, it's the principle of losing on a golf tournament.

Will probably move some from Stenson, Stricker, De Laet and Castro to Sergio, who I still don't fancy, and Dufner, who is a small red.

I stand for this every year, as I always have two meetings on the first Monday in September.

Will sit and suffer for a  while.  Anybody else got troubles with the PGA leaderboard, mine has just updated to show everyone at level par.

Tee times pushed back an hour already.
This is the 21st tournament this year in the U.S. that has had a weather delay.
Stay tuned fols, as Uncle Heinz brings you the latest updates.
Now, a few messages from your local channels......

It's a hard one to call from here but I'm swaying towards Dufner. The recent major will have done him the world of good, plays beautifully tee to green and if he can make just a few more putts should win this. Realistically Delaet isn't winning this, so it's between: Garcia - couldn't take that price about him, fancy him to blow up today and shoot over par (If he misses the fairways I expect a few bogeys from him at least). Stenson and Stricker who I think will be in the mix right to the end.

Got a fairly big red number against Stenson at avg 4.0........could get out relatively unscathed now but can't help feeling he is very bad value to back at c. 3.95 when there is a very low score out there potentially and a good number still in the mix..any views?

Well you have to figure either/or Garcia/Stenson will shoot 5/6 under.
That makes it a pretty tough job for the guys sitting at -15.

Stenson +£168.46
Stricker +£224.89

The Field -£77.77

Of course Stenson/Garcia might both blow up, but on this course, that is some 'maybe'.

90 min delay now, and 70% chance of thunderstorms by 7pm our time. Tuesday finish??

That's my carefully thought out plans right up the creek, than.  Evasive action is called for. Don't want to back Sergio at 13/8, but moving a bit of Stenson, de Laet, Castro and Stricker to him, Dufner and a minimume £2.00 on Stadler.  Good luck with yours.

The words cherry and ripe spring to mind when thinking of Stenson. He may not win, but if it's fairly big red number you seek, there have to better 1.25 shots out there.

Sergio looks in total control of his game & is the most likely winner but not for me at the price, so have plumped for September Steve at 8.2 to bring home the bacon tonite, weather permittingCool

8.8 for stricker & am thinking of a speculative punt on furyk for a top 5, but haven't made up mind yet, jesus the weather in the USA has been horrible all yearPlain

Don't think Garcia or Stenny will shoot 5 or 6 under. Can't be having Stricker at that odd either as he had a tendency to play badly on the last round recently. Added Castro and Duffy as cover.

start put back due to thunderstorms which if as bad as expected could mean that its shortened to 54 hole tourney & garcia would win.

Tim Finchem. The Managing Director of Deutsche Bank. CBS Sports.

Courses are always flexible when hosting tour events, and if pigs were to fly and one weren't to be flexible, it wouldn't be one under the TPC banner. Not trying to inspire a plunge now are you Confused

sounds like you are on garcia and hoping for a 54 hole tournie and wanting us to concur with you to help you relax.  i would say 90% more chance of 72 hole than 54. ofcourse things will have been put in place, what needs to be arranged? i dont get where you are coming from

Ski....I find it hard for anyone, (especially Garcia and Stenson, the way they are driving it) NOT to shoot 5/6 under.
I may be wrong, but it would be a first ! Grin

lol. I have my doubts about Henrik finally falling over the line.
If I had Sergio backed from the start I would be well pleased.
As for this being reduced to 54 holes ? More chance of Ski admitting he lost money ! Cool

Book you do realize that the TPC courses are run by the PGA tour don't you? They can defer this until Christmas if they want to.

It's the end of season play offs. To think they would reduce it to 54 holes is utterly preposterous !

Look what happened to Mickle on the 2nd day.....it can happened.

The leaders fell away last week and let A. Scott win......could happen again today.

It sometimes pays to predict the unpredictable.

By:

not really that unpredictable given tournie history and also garcias history, i would say -20 wins at most
