For all the brilliant shots phil hits he hits twice a as many horrible ones
As I said earlier phil was a terrific lay as golfers very rarely follow up low rounds with anothe low one

I did too but was disappointed yesterday...topped up at 110 early today....took more at 25 as no way he should be over 20 in the first place.

If mickleson had a few more holes left he would miss the cut shocking stuff from a pro golfer on a handy course

He's correct but too early from the punting perspective as he won't stay favourite till Monday. Rather he was a false 2nd favouriteLaughLaugh

Backed Phil at 32 and laid at 24 in less than a minute......come on Phil....birdie birdie finish would be nice.

Check Justins 3rd round stats before you charge in

But that's on a Saturday and 3rd round is on Sunday........could be different.

One of the big boys just came in for Sergio at 6.4

surely Sergio's 3rd round stats are worse
By:

When: 31 Aug 13 22:37
No he is better but only a hair in it. His 4th round stats are horrible. That's a lot of money that says this week will be different.

This could be the worst level par round I've ever seen.

Woods gets a long putt in the hole but missed the shorter ones.

Classic Phil. How many players could play that badly and shoot level par? Amazing.

What Phil do we get tommrow, he is fantastic to watch though, even if you have hard earned on him. Tiger could be dangerous still.

What a fantastic collection of golfers in for the weekend. Still any one of maybe 20 players with live chances. The greens are just perfection and there are very few bad bounces around the course. Set up for a thrilling weekend. The very best of luck to everybody. a real low one in tomorrow and Garcia may blow up if somebody upsets him but he has a good draw for tomorrow. He might just put in a low one tomorrow. But I would not be  worried yet. If he is 2 or 3 ahead going into Monday, then, I might be doing serious business to lessen my liabilities. But not yet. Harris English may be a bit of top 10 value so I will give him as my value bet to do just that. Finish in the top 10.

I still scratch my head at how Derek Ernst won a tournament, let alone one as big as Wells Fargo.  80 around there is appalling.

You just never do know with Phil, my pre tourney selections still have live chances all be it slim, with Mahan -7, Mickleson -8 along with Day -8 and Speith at -9. Could do with anyone of them going low tomorrow.Grin

Any of those well capable of going really low Bruce. Wide open still.

Not a clue who will win.  Still think Castro will collapse at some point, Stenson says he is running on fumes after his recent schedule and Garcia has said he doesn't think he can win a big tournament.  So then you are down to the -10s, and on this birdie fest course, the -5s aren't out of it.  That brings in 44 of the field. Much too hard for me.  Good luck with yours.

Must have done something right yesterday, can green up now.  Thinking of taking the balance of my stake out of De Jonge and moving a bit to Sergio to bring him into line with my other reds.  Then Move some Stenson to Mahan, Justin or more likely Dufner.

Stakes back on Stenson and Spieth, then moved a bit of English to reduce liability. Added Kuchar. Everyone at -9 or better green bar Rose and Sergio. A few more at -7 and -8 and below. In a good position, fancy Stenson from here. As cherry ripe as you can possibly get, although that didn't get Zach over the line recently. Still, gotta fancy his chances.

Poulter at 80s looks value he can go low
