We get an extra day of prep here by the way, Friday start in Boston for the labor day weekend. Snapped up Castro at 300s as well, should be an easy pre off trade there and another with good form.

i will wait to see how Tigger is feeling, gutted about the bogey on the par 5 from middle of fairway, he would have done it otherwise. I'm thinking Rory will come good for this.
By:
I can see a good one from Rory coming to Meng. Backed him too at 20s, think they'll come for him next week and likely to see him and Mickelson trade places in terms of pricing.

hey rhino and meng meng.
funny story. i had a $50 free bet on adam scott in the barclays before the third round albeit at 12's on betstar. he was 16's on here but i thought fuggit. and then he shot 1 over and i was seething because i was tossing up the free bet between scott or woodland @ 26's. woodland then makes a move and trades 4.5 after the third round. seething. so i didnt watch the last round and woke up to see if woodland won just so he could rub it into my stupid face. all i have to say is that ponce rocks. ![]() |

By:
well done poke, scott was trading too big ever since round 1 finished, i wasnt surprised to see him win at all

How does one upload the pics in here?
By:
"post reply" > "insert photo"

By:
have to be on the new forum i think for photos, right ? i use classic cuz im boring like that
By:
Cheers Poke gotta switch to standard view to get that option, ever since they bought in the live version I've been on it. Glad one of your free bets landed. Less than 2 months until your legendary caddying career kicks back in mate

thanks meng meng. i figured in the long run scott was a better bet than woodland. but was totally seething after round three
. i hated everything. but totally vindicated in the end although i prob coulda booked a handy green laying off woodland at the 4.5.and rhino, sometimes it takes a whole friggin day for the moderator to approve your photo. so if you got a player you think will do well you have to upload the pic you want in advance ready for the BOOM!! .i've done this with manny, stenson, gwen's bro and ponce. one pic of stenson swinging in his jocks didnt get approved. lol. but him just standing in his jocks got approved. go figure. |
By:
i havent had to use this one too often which is good
![]() although after reading the barclays thread i think a few on here would have used it on the weekend ![]() |

By:
so. according to rhino analysis which i quite like, team pokeron looks like duffman, scott and.....PATRICK REED.

Phil Mickleson my man this week, 4th here last year and closing 65 in New York hopefully bodes well for this week. Will add Jim Furyk at some point also.

Agree that Adam scott has raised his game to a whole other level. He has competed in every major this season, and virtually every PGA event where he tee'd it up. He has always been a great ball striker but he seems to have developed that Iron will which separates the good from the great. What is the deal with Woods and the "injury"? I was amazed to see such a big price, this is not a major, I was thinking 6.0 at best. His record in conventional PGA events is nothing short of outstanding this year.

Graham DeLaet obliged last week with a place @ 175/1, and I'm sticking with him this week. His price is now only 70/1, but I still think it represents some decent E/W value.
Matt Every. Seven of his last eight rounds have been in the 60s, culminating in two top ten finishes. That tells me that he is bang in form. You're going to need to shoot low round here to have a sniff, and this fella can do just that. 110/1 E/W Jimmy Walker. For no other reason than my old man told me that he had stuck £100 on him @ 150/1. My Dad's a lucky bugger when it comes to having a flutter, so I couldn't leave him out. He can certainly go low if the mood takes him. I agree with Rhino, and Paddy that Phil and Scott look the most likely, but not for me. Will I have a few bob on Cameron ? Of course I will. Hoping that he joins the 1000 club. Good luck. |
By:
One other thing... Thanks to the fella who gave me £2 @ 1000s on Boo.

By:
Tiger price is outstanding. Have to have at least a bit at 8.8. Only the single win here but an excelent record.
By:
Seems the backers have fallen well and truly out of love with Billy Horschel.
By:
I've just had a bit of Billy @ 270s.
Just needs a decent week with the putter. Last week was ok apart from that. Driving accuracy 86%, GIR 64%, sand saves 75%... Putting absolute garbage. |
By:
yep Tiger price is worth the risk if hes injured a little or not, looks like rory will have to wait for another week for my money lol
By:
@mengmeng, this was my thought. Just seems too big. Any sort of start and he will be 4s or 7/2. He dragged himself into contention over the weekend without ever stringing together more than one hole at time in the 3rd and 4th rounds.
By:
Tiger on the drift...
By:
yeah big drift. he was 8.8 out to 9.6
By:
tricky one one for those laying to build a book. If he withdraws then there will be some ugly looking books.
By:
He pulled out of Begays charity event, but I would guess he will be fine by Friday.
By:
Tasty 3ball Friday morning, tiger/Adam/Phil. In the hope that tiger is a bit rusty and Adam still hungover, have taken the 15/8 on Phil
![]() |
By:
Thanks for the 10 about Tiger, Now all i need is a nice tee shot on the easy par 4 1st and green in two on par 5 2nd
. Oh and maybe a massage for his bad back from Steve Williams ![]() |

Added Roberto Castro @ 380s
By:
Good luck with that maggot, I topped up at 380s.
By:
roberto castro first round leader instead of outright for me.
By:
That would be nice, Poke.
He's out in a nice three ball with Rory, and Watney. Hopefully he can give them both a good spanking. |
By:
Is G Mac injured?
130 seems a tad on the large side. |
By:
Traded Harris English for a nice freebie, added Zach at 50s. Not many in better form than he right now, 50s is a cracking price.

Hmmmm.....
I'm not sure how The Ponce has gone to another level as a player, on the back of a multiple meltdown/implosion, by the top Ten on last weeks leader board ? On the contrary, for me, this week, the lays have to be, the afore mentioned Aussie Bottler, and the clawless/clueless, Tigger. My only selection this week is the ever improving Jordan Spieth. Forget these 'faves' (?) {the word is spelt "favourite",so where they get 'fave' from is beyond me}. ? Fifty Five.....that's 55/1 for our less knowledgeable punters. And apart from a poor opening round last week, would surely have skated the Barclay's. GET ON. ![]() |
By:
He contends every week Heinz, and now wins without playing particularly well - granted, he had help. You're brave laying him and Tiger. Spieth is a nice selection, think he will do well here.
By:
am bambozolled by prices of scott and rory particullarly.......uory 1/3 the price of snedeker speith makes no sense to me have collected on scott on his two wins but will swerve and back above two
