low scoring seems order of the day, is this course really suitable for a scottish open ?

no,

you wonder how they get the events.

courses out of the blue get the flag ship event.

the Scottish open and it is out of reach of the main population base in Scotland.

central belt to inverness is not easy.

why not? would only happen once every 10 years or so. Could just rotate this amongst the classics.

Royal Dornoch perhaps? not on the Open rota.

Going back a few years and look at the leaderboard......a lot more top players made the effort. Thought they might do this year since Muirfield not far away....alas no.

I do wonder if the John Deere winner didn't get a spot in The Open.....perhaps this would attract more talents.

If a yank based player hadn't already qualified for the Open, don't think may would bother coming over for this on the off chance they win to qualify. Too big a distance, they would stay home I think.

I am having a BAD, BAD day.  90 minutes on the phone to virginmedia to change an email address and set up a new email address.
Result :- Lost all emails and the address book to my main laptop.  Virgin have changed my Outlook Express to Microsoft Outlook, can't get back to Outlook Express and cannot open either the new or the old email address.

The new email address on my other laptop will send emails but won't receive them.

During the 90 minutes, I missed backing De Jonge, Stricker and John Parry (who I backed last week)

Then tried to download Indesign, it no longer supports XP professional.

Went shopping, temperature gauge shot up.  Fortunately was close to the main dealer who service the car.  They changed the coolant and brake fluid on the 21st June.  Pity they didn't replace the bottom radiator hose properly.

They have lent me a courtesy car, Peugeot 208, which has done 7 miles.  Pity about the frozen food, ehich has had an hour to thaw.

On the plus side, have backed Mickelson, Zach Johnson and Lowry among others.  Taken stakes out of all three and have now backed Stricker at 10.

And it's my birthday tomorrow.

Good luck with yours.Confused

quincy,

you just log in to virginmedia site to make emails and stuff no need to call them.... also your computer probably made a restore point on the program installation to just do a system restore to put it back to yout old settings.
