That's made life a lot easier, eric. Total of 53 and 2 lays (Slight change of plan, laying Rose and Donald just to pay for some of the 999/1 shots) Backing McIlroy to cover plus a bit. Starting with a team of 28. Will post the maxis, midis and minis later. Good luck with yours.

I cannot get Peter Whiteford out of my head for this,fancy him to figure at a good price....along with Anders Hansen and Magnus Carlsson amongst others....

The only one I would not have laid out of the big 6 in Rory. He really is striking the ball well again, although he has said wentworth isn't his favourite, this course should suit him.

Despite the efforts of the green staff in this season which passes for spring , dont see the greens as silky smooth , so cant see anyone going mad with the putter . Early days , but suspect its going to be a ball striker that wins this .

Think there will be a surprise winner this week I know the English lads have a great record but I can't have any of them Donald has been poor this season and his once brilliant putting is now suspect. The once best closer on tour lee Westwood is now a massive choker and justin rose is the worst putter I have ever seen.

Not a bad first day for my selections Mannasero, Westwood, Grace and Colsaerts. Satisfied with all their efforts, bar Colsaerts whose putting let him down. Going to be a big day tomorrow with all the scheduled rain and wind. I can see the Cut being around +3 or +4 tomorrow with scoring very difficult.
