Put back to half 10 over there so 5.30pm here (In the uk)
Butch Harmon thinks its more likely to start around midday there, 7pm here |
By:
i guess if need be they could start all rounds at any hole on the course, not good for tv i guess but last 16 all starting same time in a 2 hole stagger would be amusing
By:
or last 32 even lol
By:
I would have thought they would be able to get a few of the second round matches out onto the course today.

Im sure ill be accused of going mental, but I strongly fancy Fat George to beat Kaymer. Think evens when 1 up is a fair price.
By:
they are going to have to rethink playing this tournament on this course this time of the year.
By:
Ouspenski If I remember George is in trouble on the par 4 there playing think he has played 3 and still not on the green
By:
Cheers for that mate, Im just watching now on fast forward cos I missed last night.
This will prove that I am definitely a mentalist, I think Lowry will beat Rory! |

Agree with that, I also love the first few days of this tournament, but have barely watched a final since Big Clarkey turned over the Tiger back in 01? I can just about take the semis, but the final, with the 3rd place play-off used to be pretty God awful stuff. In saying that, bar Cink making the final in 08, I have a pretty horrific punting record in this event!! |

@maggot......thank you for the good wishes on my bet. About the wind play. Rory played all his life on a links course as did Darren Clarke and Padraig Harrington. Shane is from County Offaly which is band in the centre of Ireland and has more experience on inland courses where conditions tend to be principally far less windy. Would take your point though that where you play does not result in how you play the wind. Have you made an investment yet?
