I know Bradley has missed his last 2 cuts but he usually starts well and you can get him layed off. He's second in the all round rankings behind rory, also having played 7 more events than him so he's not actually playing that bad. It just hasn't really clicked for him in one tournament...until this week hopefully!!!
He's an early starter and if he starts well on his first 9 (as he usually does) he'll rocket into about 40s |

Agree maggot he has been very well apart from the last month...i was used to seeing par after par on his card...lately he has been up and down...lets hope he has a turnaround as i have just backed him

i was confident he would get a win early in the year..came close in the playoff...couldnt really do much about bill haas draining a monster

rather than looking through google...any reason bubba and charl are not teeing up?

Not been the same player since he stopped spitting.....

you could be on to something with that.08 and 09 players official film on sky planner to get in the mood ![]() |

Bubba is attending a dungarees convention and Charl is busy auditioning for the part of Alien in the newest Alien v Predator blockbuster.
|
|
By:
Not really a smash and grab type track, so Bubba and Charl giving it the swerve, judging by last week Webb might want to have given it a miss too.

Just watched the last 2 weeks PGA highlights - can anyone explain how Dufner is trading @ 42 for Players compared to Fowler @ 65...? JD was scrambling pretty ugly, RF's ball striking looked a picture...great to have differing views though - keeps exchanges going...
![]() |
|
By:
Dufner is a better player than Fowler, which explains why his price is correctly lower. Not saying that Rickie won't win though.
|
|
By:
Norwich rob dufner hardly misses a fairway or green so around here that will be useful
|
|
By:
World Rankings support that assumption - Dufner 20 to Fowler 24 - but purely from a viewing point (on admittedly limited recent evidence) and all round talent I would price them up 33 RF to 65 JD....if I was a layer of course...

Anyway got that out of my system - gl all...should be a cracking event...

Piercy and Merrick for me, for an interest.

As an unabashed Webb Simpson fan I can't go past 55s.
Also Mickelson at 27s and DA Points at 250s. Lefty will trade lower if Tiger starts poorly or once he birdies the early par-5. Points looked great last week with over 80% GIR. Given length isn't a must here I'm happy to have a dip there. |

main bets
JB Holmes - since coming back from surgery he's had 2 top-tens and has had 4 top-twenty's here since the course was renovated in '07. C Tringale - 3 top-tens in last four tournaments shows his game is in fine fetal, the downside his inexperince on this golf course where the winners average visit to Sawgrass is 9.57(since '07) G McDowell - 54-hole leader here last year, likes playing in the sunshine state where his worse finish T13 in three visits this year shows. small bets Byrd Chappell Hearn good luck all ![]() |

Sorry for the double post (well now third):
Most worried about Lee Westwood but would rather back more players at bigger odds. If I had included him then I wouldnt have been able to do all those 5 players in the 36-46s range. |
|
By:
has he become ill all of a sudden
|
|
By:
Westwood is only good as a trade price in running. You are right in getting all those 5 players 36-46. Of the top boys i think Donald will go close but i dont think he has anymore chance than Dufner who is made for this course.

All the guys I backed this afternoon have lengthened plenty

Do you reckon the guy who got 25-1 Fowler thought it was a good price at the time?
![]() ![]() |
|
By:
probably the same guy who took 30s on kyle stanley instead of holding out for the 220+

Really looking forward to this, I have got the biggest team since last years open, so I will have some interest all the way down the line I hope.
I do think with all the rain there this week this mornings starters will have an advantage with the soft greens. I have been building stakes in Cabrera, Romero, Couch, Blanks, hoffman, Na, and DA points on the back of this. |
