this par three contest is a two bob event, always has been, anyone betting on it should know the risks, no point moaning after people get DQ'd etc...

shame about the weather though, always fun to watch

yeh but for all bets to stand somebody has to be the winner. not saying that isnt the case, just asking...who is the winner?

Not necessarily. Show.me one other event BF has a market on where players can purposely lose. I bet this thinking it was a legitimate event.

Why would they void it?

I asked for odds on something to do with the Royal Wedding that was offered at Paddy Power and Bet365. The response I got from BF customer service was "we won't put up odds on nonsense".

If a winner is called then how can it be voided? though Augusta may call it void as no contest - then so will betfair.

I think they will do as Lion King says. If a winner(s) are declared, Betfair will settle the market even if several players didn't get to finish their rounds.
If the result isn't made official from the organizers, Betfair will void the market.

Tv says harrington has won, yet 1.55 still up on here.

i knew it was a joke event, but never having seen it before i didnt realise just how much. its a bigger farce than the pro-bowl.

The Byrd group did finish their round and he had a short birdie put on the last, but never saw him (or his caddie/child ?) hole it.
