Rory is a brilliant golfer, but i wish he was not hyped so much by an adoring media.
Obviously it is not his fault that the media bow at his feet but his golfing record does not merit the adulation imo. |

Andy North won two US Opens.
Lee Janzen won two US Opens. Larry Mize won a Masters. Let's not mention Todd Hamilton or Ben Curtis. I could go on and on and on. Shaun Micheel, etc etc Colin Montgomerie was different class to all them and never won a major. Bad luck to run into guys playing awesome and a bad shot on th 72nd hole once. |

try standing on the first at your local course with everyone around or the 18 putting a 5 footer if you think thats a little off putting multiply it 1000 times over, they dont miss because it means nothing |

rory is gonna be world no 1 for a very long time and win multiple majors and can be proud again of his performance this week

rory is quality, he has everything all he needs to do in my opinion is decide more often when to defend a score, he is the white european tiger and we should be well behind him. there are only 2 golfers i dislike and both are because they act like tw@ts at tournaments and give little to the fans. rory if definately not one of them

Well done Hunter, deserving winner, had a great week. About time he got back on the winner's list and after his play over the last 4 or 5 months a win had been coming. Can he keep it going is the question.
