Racing Post tips in 2012 for outrght bets only on the European and PGA Tours are showing a 37.25 pts loss.
Palmer on his own is worse, as those figures include Donald's win in the USA as tipped by Chapman. Dunno about Chappers selections alone, but I suspect his record in the RFO is actually showing a worse return than Palmer, given the latter's good form in South African events earlier this year. |
By:
Surprised by that golfweek given as you say Palmer tipping up several winners at the start of the year on Euro tour. His form on PGA tour has been miserable alright.
Had you been keeping the stats yourself golfweek or found them somewhere? |
By:
Chapman has picked more winners than Palmer this year I think
|
By:
Truly awful tipping for the masters, will any of them even make the cut.chin up sxxx happens.

shirley some weeks you dont want to be backing 5 is it orders from above ??? |
By:
one of best write ups palmer on each player was bubba---but wasnt even mentioned in bets.
had a horrible masters any major---they should post results of there picks |
By:
Yeah they should say in big letters our Masters tips were rubbish. After all they always boast a winner.
Ain't gonna happen |
By:
Five picks? Increases chances of a winner to boast about. Simple
|

Sorry ashleigh forgot to say- thanks for posting

not sure what steve palmer picked before the mayakoba classic on the 23/2/12,but since then he advised 45 golf bets on the pga tour and staked 133 points, apart from a 2 point e.w at 25/1 on schwartzel at the honda classic he finished joint 5th. His loss is -121 points, to me that is pretty crap! glad i do not follow him i would be in the poor hse.

By:
i've pointed out before he has a great record of late on euro tour and awful on us tour
seems more than luck, but who knows |
By:
he's minus 54.5 in events prior to the mayakoba, including the wgc machplay - if you're including that in your total add 15.
|
By:
wonder if he chucked scores at the e/w doubles? Would be happy just now if he has
|
By:
the way he punts it is nothing to have banked on his favourite sport and had 25 £20 e/w doubles, sitting pretty if he had.
|
By:
£500 a week on e/w doubles = 25k a year steaked
even take my money has a better plan than that |
By:
nothing for him though is it? He punts like a lunatic every week on flies, ants and raindrops so why not trust in something he knows about.A couple of placings around 25s and he is covered. £500 a week in the scheme of things isn't a fortune if he leaves the spoof, insects and corners and cards etc....
|
By:
25 x £20 ew doubles is £1k a week, but it's still a good punt if he feels he's getting value prices (and has a big enough bank)
|
By:
might teach him some discipline to maintain a bank to fund his specialist sport. Donny Os there are many who have 125 e/w on 4 players or 250 e/w on just 2.It may be for both tour interest or on one they prefer. A grand a week may seem a lot to some,to others it is just what they do. I do 6 e/w doubles each week @ £15,this week it is Stricks, Donald,Lowry,Poulter and Jimenez. Never had both winners but come close many times.
|
By:
nowt wrong with singles but at his prices he could get 2 winners in his e/w doubles and lose on the week if its lee and tiger
has the world gone mad ? |
