I have read that FOBT roulette has an edge of 9-10% and is not "random" as we know it.

Banned_Banks.....do you work in the industry?
You seem to have knowledge on the machines (atleast saying everyone is 'not correct'). |
|

I have a wide range of very good contacts.

So could you post
a) the companies they use to supply the chips and/or number generators b) any links to support how 'random' the machines are. |
|

There is a certain rumour going about regarding what banned_banks does for a living and most people would agree he does work in the industry.
|
|

And most people would be wrong.
|
|
By:
ok.

Regardless of that the point I always make with these machines is that the issue is not whether or not they are random rather it is whether a straight product that makes so much money is desirable?
Many people appear get caught in the dead end argument about randomness to the exclusion of the real issue. Rhetoric can only achieve so much. |

Simply very addictive, easy to use, fast.
Would you like to have a son who was playing them banned_banks? |
|
By:
No.
|
|
By:
Would you like to see them banned because they are dangerous?
Please don't start off on your point about online being a lot worse, I agree with that 100% but that is a different issue. |

The key to a 97% payout is volume, play enough times and they will generate 3p in every £1. If a site claims to pay out 97% then it does so, it doesn't need to lie.
As I said there is no probs with the RNG, the probs are with the people that play these. |

is a roulette wheel itself any more random than a computer program ?
less random imo |
