haha scom.

betfair have opened a potential goldmine letting this first goalscorer market go in play. i'm about 1k up from it.

the game has played for 65 mins yet giroud and podolski are still trading blow 8. so they have only have 25 mins to score. every passing minute increases your value position.. then to put the icing on the cake obviously sustitutions will be made and they are normally attacking ones. so after 65mins a mug takes my 8 on podolski and i spot gervinho warming up. 66 mins been played off goes podolski easy money in a minuteSilly

well it wasn't a huge win cos the trade was low & I couldn't insure it , but t'was enough

i dont list every trade i make , some of these are successful , others not & I'm one of those that flag it up when it goes wrong - see sevilla last week hejik

but when you flag stuff up like this and it comes good, its a nice feeling & hope others are on

and hejik if a 70 / 10 back & lay trade is not good enough for you well I'm really really really sorry

those roma correct scores are still really bugging me for tomorrow - I know andriy says they are a rule to themselves but along with the 30 + 0-0 you have pescara 1-0 at 36 plus (29 on oddschecker) -

now trying to contextualise it in terms of the MOs, well wouldnt expect it to be too far out from spurs v w ham tomoorow, where the hammers are 19s for 1-0 - 36 for pescara its got to come to down, and this is tradeable in play with an insurance on roma

for tomorrow in the prem i think prices have come in too far on chelsea - they really are out of sorts, more so than city, may well be a low scoring affair as city games usually are on the road, esp with the weather spoiling good football - 0-0s and 1-0 for me

so it's official Liverpool are as good ad chelsea. chelsea played out a 1-1 draw here a few weeks back and were the same price as Liverpool :)

Hope you left your cricket draw lay to run Smithy
This cricket lark looks easy, but I've gt a funny feeling it isn't

My small stakes practice trading worked out ok yesterday backed Leeds at an average of 3.08 and laid it all at 2.75 and could have had 2.68 ten minutes before the off. Made myself a whopping £11 !!

SCOM, GA, as usual you totally miss my point.
I'm saying you are only getting around 10.5 about a 70.0 chance event if you trade out as you did.
I'm wondering if you think that's a good position to be taking long term
That was my point

India still can be laid at 11 and they are 92/6 6 runs in the lead
Don't quite get it?
By:

When: 25 Nov 12 09:55
If India can somehow cobble together another 100 runs (unlikely I know) the 11's will be a massive price

smithy its just liverpool, those mad punters from last season are apparently still around, i've just taken the 0-0 at 15.5 cos if suarez doesn't score no-one else will

hope your were compensated by the cricket - all done and dusted now well done esp SCOM

roma 0-0 is still tying me completely in knotts - barca , the best attacking side in the world are at levante tonite where the draw is 6.6, and 0-0 is 28

so what price the 0-0 at pescara - where the draw is 4.8 - no matter what attacking policy roma have historical stats show this at 16 and even with the roma factor 21 , maybe 22 ? - its 30 and I'm just not havin it - I've bust my own bank % on a CS & then some - surely romas forwards are not that much better than messi and co ?

but hejik how many times would you profit by letting a 70.0 shot run its course? its often 70.0 for a reason, so if you can get out at 10.0, its tremendous

yeah stickon. its unlikely but if they can somehow get a partnership going england could face a deal of pressure...it is admittedly a huge if though...i was submitting a lay of the draw at 40.0 (should have been 400) when the 6th wkt fell

This is not what I mean.
Not talking about exiting at 10 SCOM
I'm saying, if like GA says he did, he backed at 70 and got out 6.2 or whatever it was.
He's only got 10.5 about a 70 shot
I know you don't understand what I'm saying since you just keep repeating the same thing

Traders mentality Smithy it's what I need to adopt

Could have been in and out of the draw a dozen times during this test match and made a fortune it was never ever going to be a draw
As  it happens got £300 out of this and £200 out of laying the Bangladesh draw
Need another 6 wickets in Oz for a nice hat trick!

yes but thats trading..if you never exited your bets at x, y or z it would be a straight forward gamble and thats primarily what this threads about

stickon i admit it looks weird seeing 14's for india at stumps 30 runs ahead with 3 wickets left..the market just doesnt trust england
By:
stickon
When: 25 Nov 12 10:22
I understand that SCOM
Did trade out of the Banga test and in and out of oz
With the 4am start I missed every chance in India to get out with the profit I wanted and in the end this morning it's progressed so quickly there was no need to get out
Just wish I'd got deeper in !

Would agree SCOM, a lot of naivete on here.
Just seeking to help clear that up.

GA you have it wrong I'm sorry, maybe you should have that word with your 8 year old.
Rather than get all up your own arse about it just accept it and move on, it's no big deal really and wouldn't have been one if you hadn't started insulting.

Anyway, moving on.
I can see a poss line change on Chelsea come the weekend from a level ball now.
If that shifts from Asian money then they will come in a fair bit on here. I don't see them as inferior as an inferior side to City if they are organised correctly and I'd expect most will come to the same conclusions.
Shift to a quarter ball on Chelsea would still be generous in my view

2.66 presently and really surprising if money doesn't come for them at some stage

No line change but healthy movement to 2.56 although I'd be tempted to hold as late money in Asia could force a shift to -0.25 and some more movement in the MO
