Well a profitable day and one which I should be pleased with ... however I certainly attempted to wreck the bot selections by playing too much during the day. Some nice bets but equally some poor bets. Got to remain focused and bet only for the right reasons rather than simply to pass the time ...

that is too deep for me coolhand ... mainly when I go after something for no real reason or perhaps over stake a bit (whether win or lose) I would deem them poor bets ...
... such as late last night after getting home from work I spent time checking out some odds/race card websites for today's racing so to keep me awake and interested I did a bet on a 0-0 scoreline in one of the late night football bets ... going well and then forgot to check in on it (as I was going to green fairly quickly) only to see a goal scored .... whether it won or lost I would deem that a poor bet ... |

Well only a little bit down ... but that doesn't tell the full picture. Down for a long while then some nice bets later on which put into a very nice position - then placed a little HT/FT lay on MU then go away to watch the match only to see later I lost around £400 or so on some greyhound lays late on ...

Probably the two big losing bets I did last night (7th Dec) ... where it was £220 loss on a greyhound bet just after I did the last summarising ... as I thought I might try and pinch a bit of money ... and then straight after go to bed and watch the snooker where I put on a £320 bet having not watched the match (enough to bet that much) ... over £500 down before I even got started with todays betting ... think that was the catalyst for playing too much in the aussie markets which also ended up losing .... not the smartest thing I have done.

greed - I will update it late tonight.
Didn't update yesterday - but just wished I had missed the whole of yesterday as I lost over a £1K then this morning lost a lot and now getting some back .... my big lay on Chelsea didn't help (and should have greened up when they hit 6's ...) ..... both my bot and my selections got hit ... Don't worry I haven't given up (yet) ... but I am frustrated about some of the yo-yoing I am doing. |

... oh and if you really must know I had a 'big' argument with my wife which didn't help my concentration levels and did a bit too much wild betting. My wife can be such a pain in the arse sometimes ....

Suggest you take a break from betting......and analyse your bets in order to clasrify where your "edge" "best" works.
You probably know where you believe the "edge" lies........but your results might indicate whether you do, or don't, in certaian categories of racing. ( Just at a glance ....CHASE H/CS in Britain seem to give you HITS...frequently) Your time would be well spent doing such analysis......then come back to betting when you've tightened up on strategies.
