Help - why when i try to look at my markets

Three attempts from me:


1) Are you 100% sure you're clicking "my markets" and not "customise markets"

Yeah, thought you were.

2) Did you make a mistake entering your password?

For some inexplicable reason, if you log in first time with no problem, then My Markets should work fine, but if you make an error with the password and log in correctly second time it screws it up.


Really? Yeah Really.

3) Have you recently added any Aussie markets to the list?

If so, Betfair sometimes decides that they don't want you having a list containing Aussie markets and delete the entire list. this was first reported about 5 years ago and they admit they're aware of the problem.

If this has happened, you no longer have a "My Markets" and so it takes you to the customise page to help you set them up again. How kind.


I'm sure there are other stupid issues too, but those three are the three that spring to mind.
