Im considering upping my stakes and concentrating on in-running....cant decide whether in-running easier than betting before the event ? Is it possible to make consistent profits on football ?
was just curious. i suppose he could have been betting on horses/tennis/cricket for 10 years, but i would have thought if hes been successful for ten years he might have tried football already? was just wondering, no offence meant mr tuck. relatively new here so ten years a long way off for me [:x]

I honestly will never know how people make long term profit from Horse racing, I've tried and failed, it's too difficult, obviously people do and know something I don't, you can study form but still end up in the poor house. I spend my energy in Tennis instead.

I would summarize my betting preeference as those sports involving teams rather than individuals. Less room for fixing and manipulation and player mood swings etc.

I'm sure they could Froggy, but Horse Racing is a sport - if you can call it that, that is much more prone to fixing and manipulation, to put it bluntly, at least with Tennis you feel as if you're getting fairer crack at the whip when trading Top Level tennis.
Relying partly on an animal to me money is not my cup of tea, especially as the Jockey on top is never in full control either, it's a minefield of if's buts and maybe's, and full credit goes to those who make a substantial amount of profit, as I personally know of nobody who does, but then again, I don't mix in such affluent circles.
