yeah, you mean casinomeister right? I hope the people in charge of the casino have nothing to do with the exchange. Very inept bunch based on their actions in this case. I don't use the casino, so maybe this is an isolated incident.

I don't understand why the site is still up, visibly at least. In fact, it has been up for the last two hours although, of course, you can't place a bet. Never known this during an outage before.

Maybe when they turn on the 'tap' from the web page to their servers, they expect it to fall over again, or some intermediate thing is currently deliberately offline, with some guy with a gun to his head sweating buckets trying to find out what's wrong..

I am still betting--but it says that betting has been suspended?
Perhaps this outage was caused by the cross-selling adverts they've put up on the forums? I feel that the senior management of bf and the operational IT management are not talking to each other. |

Now I no longer see a message saying the site is not taking bets.
I have traded on Bottman at Ludlow on purely fundamental reasons but in case something else is going on, I'll keep stakes small. I really don't understand why bf's senior management don't see what works and what doesn't, what conduces to growth and what just alienates the loyal userbase (such of it as is left). Their add-ons are just ekeing out a pitiful amount of growth and keeping some of their employees in a job. They need 1) operational stability and 2) the next major step forward. |
