Australian wallet verification

I had a similar experience this time last year. Had been using the Aus wallet without any problems or verification for years and then they suddenly requested it a few days before the Aus open started. I emailed it in to them and they said they weren't satisfied by it, so i filled in the Post Office form and went into my local branch. My Aus wallet was then working fine within 24 hours (though I did also email them to say I'd done this)

I don't know what to say, I'm waiting from 10th January?!?!?! and that's really ridiculous already. I even have to pay 30€ for certify that documents at public notary... That's not lot but for what??

when i signed up last year i was told to verify my aussie wallet thingy, a few later i messaged them asking what to do and they said it had been done, they had done some electronic check through my bank[ i spose] so sorted without doing anything at all.

I just think that is happening to me because I'm from Croatia and they see us like a third world country...

I just got mail from betfair. After I send them documents for 100th time they wrote me:

DO YOU HAVE FUNDS IN YOUR AUSTRALIAN WALLET?

If so, you will need to provide us with copies of your official documents each one CERTIFIED by a community leader, i.e. teacher, councillor, medical practitioner, dentist, pharmacist, etc.

Please send a certified photocopy or scan of one document from each of the categories listed below:


Are they fu..ing kidding me?? This is insane, seems they don't read emails at all
