If with under/over the probability is 50% to be an over or an under 2.5.... how to calculate the probability (=odds) to be eg. 1.8 goals?
In other words, I have my own calculation for number of goals for an upcoming match and I want to find the value in odds. As an example: My model says 3,65 goals and the odds are 1,50. Is there any way to find valueable odds in this way?

I would question your 3.65 goals in any normal match, as even a top v bottom side would be no more than about 3.2.
