BW- The Holy Grail is not the Holy Grail without Bet 3! You must build up slowly and not panic into making inopportune wagers.

With the new forum, I dont think you can.
BUT another forumite who goes by the name of Sliced pointed out to me that I had, unknown to myself, become a sort of celebrity. If you google "Slicer's bet" you will be amazed at what some other people have been up to! You might find some info you want amongst the many pages. |

Apparently this new forum is causing a lot of problems. I think someone suggested to clear cookies, history etc.

Just popped back to check the Brazil odds.
Mr Tiger- you are not quite correct. If you look at the timing of the 2nd bets, most are placed at least 25 mins before the first bet has lost. The odds do not bother me too much as long as they are in the 20-40 ish region because I only plaice these bets after consulting the Holy Grail database and fit the events of the game into a profile. All the odds I layed at were value and should have been greater according to the database. If you have a 1 or 2 percent chance of losing, odds of 40 are quite generous imho. Anyway that really is it for me tonite. I'll plaice my Holy Grail bets about half hour before the game, but won't look at the forum till tomoz. Absolutely right- another HG success.
The only HG qualifier today is Spain v Switzerland. It is obvious this thread is of very little interest to my fellow BetFairians, and I am finding it a bit monotonononononous posting on it. BUT- being a man of my wurd, I shall continue until Friday and will cease posting after the England/Algeria game. It would be nice if I could show a prophet of 20 points but we shall see. Yes I suppose you should be as any kind of profit is a definite plus although I can understand some posters apprehension at your second lays in those games, even though I agree with you in that they look HIGHLY unlikely[:x]
